How to setup L2TP on iPad

Things to Consider:

Before you begin, please make sure that:

  • You have a working internet connection

  • An iOS device with iOS 9 and above version installed (iPad, iPhone, etc.)

  • A Premium PureVPN account (if you havenโ€™t bought yet click ๐Ÿ‘‰here to buy)

Find your VPN credentials for manual configuration

To find your VPN credentials log into the PureVPN members area. Click ๐Ÿ‘‰ here to visit member area.

  • Login to the member area using your PureVPN registered email address and password.

  • From manage account section, go to the subscriptions tab.

  • On Subscription tab scroll down to be able to view your VPN credentials.

  • You will be able to see and copy your VPN credentials. Note down your PureVPN username and click the eye icon to make your password visible and use it in the manual configuration.

You are few steps away to configure L2TP VPN on iPad.

  • Tap settings.

  • Tap General and then tap VPN.

  • Tap Add VPN Configuration.

  • Tap L2TP and insert the following info:

  1. Description: PureVPNL2TP

  2. Server: Insert desired server address. Click ๐Ÿ‘‰here to get the server list

  3. Enter your PureVPN credentials. Here is how you can find your ๐Ÿ‘‰VPN credentials.

  4. Secret: Insert 12345678

  5. Send All Traffic: On

  • Tap Save

  • Tap PureVPNL2TP to turn on the VPN

  • You are now Connected.
