Our focus has always been on delivering top-tier services here at PureVPN, but we understand that there may come a time when you need to cancel your service. If that time comes, simply follow the tutorial below.

This article will only provide information on disabling your auto-renewal of your PureVPN subscription. If you are looking to get a refund, please get in touch with our Live Chat Support or email us at help@purevpn.com

  • Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.

  • Click Subscriptions.

  • Scroll down and you will see the Cancel subscription button.

Note: If you're using a trial account with PureVPN and cannot locate the cancellation button on your members area page, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support team for help.

  • Click Cancel subscription. You will see a confirmation pop-up.

  • Your account has been cancelled but don't worry, you can resume it whenever it's convenient for you.
