How to Reschedule a Pickup

📦 If You're Returning a Sharps Disposal by Mail System (USPS Pickup)

If you are returning a PureWay Sharps Disposal by Mail system, your package is picked up by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Here's how to reschedule:

  1. Visit the USPS Pickup Tool:
    👉 Schedule or Reschedule a USPS Pickup

  2. Enter your address, select a new pickup date, and submit the request.

  3. Be sure to:

    • Use the original prepaid return label.

    • Seal the package properly.

    • Place it in your regular mail pickup location or as instructed by USPS.

🗑️ If You're Rescheduling a Waste Pickup (Large Waste Boxes)

If you're rescheduling a pickup for a waste box (medical, hazardous, pharmaceutical, or universal waste), please reach out to us directly so we can coordinate with our operations team.

What we need from you:

  • Your name and business name (if applicable)

  • Pickup address

  • The type of waste you're returning

  • The original pickup date (if scheduled)

  • Your preferred new pickup date

  • Any special instructions for site access

Once we receive this information, our team will confirm the new pickup date within 1–2 business days.
