View Test results for all Tests done by the selected Athlete in the selected date range. Free Movement results are not currently displayed here.

Select the 'Test' tab to view results from the dropdown menu to the left of the graph. This dropdown menu will only display Tests that have results in the currently selected time period. If no Tests have been performed in the currently selected time period this dropdown menu will present no options, and the graph area will show an empty view.

If the User selects a Test which has multiple metrics that can be displayed, a second dropdown menu will appear next to the Test selector menu that has all available metrics displayed. The User must select a metric from this dropdown menu to view that metric in the graph. See the following list for which metrics can be viewed for the available Tests:

1RM Tests:

    - Estimated 1RM (this is the only metric available and is always displayed, there is no option to select other metrics)

  • Jump Height (cm or in): This is calculated by Pushcore when User performs the test. This is the Test result displayed to the User in the VBT mobile app.

  • Flight Time (sec): The total duration the Athlete spends in the air with no ground contact. Flight time does not start until the Athlete loses contact with the floor, and ends the moment they reconnect with it.

  • Total Contraction Time (s): The sum total of eccentric and concentric contraction times of the rep.

  • RSImod1 (m/s) : Jump height / total contact time

  • RSImod2 (s/s) : Flight time / total contact time

RSI Tests (Drop Jump, RSI Stiffness):

  • RSI1 (m/s): Jump height / total contact time. Calculated by Pushcore when the User performs the Test. This is the Test result displayed to the User in the VBT mobile app.

  • Flight Time (s): The total duration the Athlete spends in the air with no ground contact. Flight time does not start until the Athlete loses contact with the floor, and ends the moment they reconnect with it.

  • Contact Time (s): The time period in which the feet are in contact with the ground after the initial drop in the Drop Jump, or between jumps in the Stiffness test.

  • RSI2 (s/s): Flight Time / Contact Time.
