A User must be a subscribed Elite Portal User or still on their free trial to be able to export data.

In Portal, a User can export the workout/session data for any Athletes in their Organization, including the Head Coach/Owner and all Assistant Coaches. 'Session Data' has detailed metrics for every rep (e.g. average velocity, peak velocity, average power), whereas 'Test Data' has the results from completed Tests (e.g. Submaximal 1RM). The User can export data in two ways:

  1. Export data for the entire team from the Session Data report page

  2. Export Individual athlete data from Athlete Dashboard

Team Data Export

In the 'Session Data' report there is an 'Export' button on the top right hand corner for exporting Session and/or Test data for all Athletes/Coaches on a User's team. In the Export dialog the User has the following options:

  • Source (choose the type of data to export):

-Session Data
Detailed metrics for every rep within a given session (one row per rep)

-Session Totals:
Each Athlete's work output metric data aggregated over all sessions performed in the specified date range (one row per Athlete).

-Test Data:
Results from the VBT mobile app Tests (one row per rep or test, depending on the test)

  • Date

Select the date range to export data from. Exported data will include all sessions or tests performed in this timeframe. The is default is the same date range the User has currently selected on the report page.

  • Athletes

Select the athletes to export data for. The default is all Athletes on the current team are selected.

Individual Data Export

In the Athlete Dashboard each graph has an Export button next to it that opens a Team Data export dialog with the current User, applicable data type, and applicable dates pre-selected. For example, clicking the 'Export' button next to the 'Test Review' graph will open the Export CSV dialog with the date range from the graph pre-selected, the current dashboard User pre-selected, and the Test type data source pre-selected as well.

As the performance review graph data has no applicable team export option it is its own separate export.
