The PUSH Pro Application has over 400 exercises to choose from, most of which provide real-time feedback on velocity!
From the 'Train Mode' screen select 'More Exercsises'.
From here you can scroll and select an exercise from the list of available exercises simply by clicking on it.
Additionally, you can search for exercises in the top search bar, and filter the exercises by movement, equipment, as well as the goal.
Finally, you can save your favorite exercises by using the bookmark icon.
Once you have selected an exercise, you will be redirected to the load input calculator.
You're ready to start! Once the load has been entered, tap 'Ready' on the display screen to begin your set.
