Before beginning, ensure the Bluetooth on your iOS/Android device is ON, and that your PUSH Band is NOT being charged while pairing to your device.
Begin by turning the PUSH Band on by pressing and holding the power button until a flashing blue light appears.
NOTE: A single Band can only be connected to one device at a time so if the Band's light is solid blue, it means it's already connected to a device.
Next, open the PUSH Pro application and select the PUSH Band icon on the top right-hand corner.
Selecting 'Pair Band' will cause the PUSH Pro application to scan for all PUSH Bands in range.
Once a PUSH Band has been located, it will be displayed by its unique identifying code, select the Band you would like to pair.
Once a PUSH Band has been successfully paired, the PUSH Pro application will display 'Band Connected', and cause the PUSH Band's light to change from flashing to solid blue.
Select 'Done' to return to the previous screen.
To disconnect a PUSH Band, select the PUSH Band icon in the top right corner.
Select 'Disconnect'.
Pairing a Band 1.0
NOTE: The PUSH Band 1.0 is no longer supported in any updates to the app. If your app has been updated since July 2020, the Band 1.0 will not be able to connect. Once the app has been updated, there is no way to revert to a previous version.
Follow the steps below to connect your PUSH Band 1.0 to your device:
Turn on your Band - The light will flash blue while searching for your device.
Go into your iPhone's settings and select "Bluetooth".
Look for your Band's ID to appear under "Other Devices".
Select your PUSH Band's ID and choose "Pair" in the pop-up.
The blue light will stop flashing and remain on to indicate a successful connection.
