Deleting a set will permanently remove the data from both the PUSH Pro Application as well as the PUSH Portal.

To delete a set, select the edit icon next to either the repetition or load values.

From the edit screen, select "Delete".

Finally, select "Confirm".

Sets in an uncompleted or open session can also be deleted by selecting the session from the Train screen.

Next, edit the desired set by swiping from the left to the right.

This will then provide the 'EDIT' display through which you can alter the set following the same process as outlined above.
