RSI Drop Jump Instructions

  1. Place your hands on your hips

  2. Step off of an elevated platform (i.e. box or bench)

  3. While keeping your hands on your hips, immediately jump vertically with both legs as soon as your feet come in contact with the ground

How is the RSI Drop Jump Calculated?

Each individual RSI reading is a product of jump height (derived from 9.81/8*FLIGHT TIME^2) divided by ground contact time. This is expressed as jump height (m) / ground contact time (s).

NOTE: To perform the tests the user must utilize the PUSH Waistbelt accessory in order to receive the most accurate and reliable readings.
