Review repetitions, sets, load, and velocity from previous sessions in the PUSH Pro Application

When a user selects an exercise, either in Train Mode or a scheduled session, they can quickly review data from previous sessions by utilizing the history icon.

To begin, select an exercise.

From the load entry screen, select 'History' in the bottom left-hand corner.

Tap to view the previously recorded reps, load, and velocity for the selected exercise.

NOTE: the weight provided is the maximal load the user achieved for that exercise, and the velocity is the corresponding set average velocity at that load.

Selecting 'Last Session', will redirect the user to a schedule view, from which they can review the entire session.
