The PUSH Portal comes standard with over 500 exercises!

Users can leverage our existing database of exercises to create and track variations.

Selecting 'Exercise Database' from the left-hand menu.

Select 'Add New'.

Select 'Add Exercise'.

Use the drop-down menu to categorize your exercise as one of the following:

  • Resistance Training

  • Warm-Up / Preparation

  • Cool-Down / Recovery

  • Speed / Agility / Conditioning

Select an existing exercise that has the same movement pattern as the exercise you are creating to track it using the PUSH Band 2.0 or skip this step.

Insert a YouTube URL for the 'Video Link' or skip this step.

NOTE: Please ensure the YouTube URL you use is set to 'Public'.

Finally, select 'Save'.
