How to add a 1RM using the manual, 30 day max, and derivative functions in the PUSH Portal

From the home screen select the athlete's tab from the left-hand menu

Click to highlight the athlete(s) you'd like to add a 1RM for.

NOTE: Hold the 'shift' key on your keyboard to select multiple athletes.

Select the 'Add 1RM' icon.

How to Add a 1RM Using the Manual Function

Enter the exercise name you'd like to add a 1RM for.

Once you'd selected an exercise, the previously recorded 1RM is automatically populated for reference.

Make any adjustments and select 'Save'.

How to Add a 1RM Using 30 Day Max

Selecting 'Use 30 Day Max' will provide the maximal load recorded by an athlete for that particular exercise over the last 30 days.

Enter the exercise name you'd like to add a 1RM for.

Once you'd selected an exercise, the maximal load recorded from the past 30 days, is automatically populated in the right-hand column.

Use the left-hand column to make any adjustments and select 'Save'.

How to Add a 1RM Using a Derivative

Selecting 'Use Derivative 1RM' will allow you to use the 1RM of another exercise.

Enter the exercise name you'd like to add a 1RM for.

If an exercise has a derivative available, it will be automatically populated with a recommended percentage.

Once you've made any adjustments, select 'Save'
