The PUSH Band 2.0 provides peak and mean velocity in real-time, as well as peak or mean power outputs for more than 400 exercises.
In addition to rep-by-rep velocity and power (force x velocity) output, we also provide Reactive Strength Index (jump height / ground contact time) as well as jump height (inches) for countermovement and squat jumps.
PUSH Portal users have access to much more detailed data and metrics such as acceleration, force, work, volume, eccentric and concentric time etc.
