So you've gotten the shipping confirmation email, now what?

For orders going to the United States, it typically takes between 5-7 days to arrive. We highly suggest that once the package has made it's way to the border and is it customs, you use USPS (United States Postal Service) to continue tracking your package as it usually has the latest notifications.

For orders going to Canada, it typically takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Packages going to South America, it usually takes 3 and a half weeks to arrive. However, we highly suggest that you upgrade your shipping to Priority, we are not responsible for any lost packages and Priority shipping seems to be more reliable than the standard shipping.

Orders going to Europe, it usually takes about 2 weeks - however please make sure to track your package with not only the Canada Post website but your country's national mailing service as well. We are not responsible for the duties/import fees that might be placed on your package.

Any orders going to Asia/Southeast Asia it usually takes up to 4 weeks for the package to arrive.

The courier used to ship orders worldwide will pass the parcel off to the local postal service in the destination country. To find out your local postal service, click here:
