  1. Once you have completed your set and clicked the PUSH Band button (or 'End Set' in the app) to end it, you will arrive at the “Post-Set” screen, which will allow you to view analytics from your previous set.

  2. DON’T CLICK YOUR PUSH BAND BUTTON! Doing this will begin your next set without adjusting the load!

  3. Press the 'Next Set' button displayed on the PUSH App display.

  4. Adjust load accordingly.

  5. Press 'Ready' or click the PUSH Band to start new set at your recently adjusted load.
