RSI Drop Jump
Instructions:
With your hands on your hips, step off an elevated platform (i.e. box or bench). While maintaining your hands on your hips, immediately jump with both legs as soon as your feet come into contact with the ground. For greater accuracy, use the PUSH Band with the PUSH Waistbelt.

Instructions:
With your hands on your hips, vertically jump as fast as you can for 10 repetitions. Be sure to immediately jump as soon as your feet come into contact with the ground. For greater accuracy, use the PUSH Band on the Waistbelt.
