When someone opens a shareable View link, they’ll get a comprehensive, read-only version of the workflow — no login required. Public Views show everything a viewer needs to understand the process clearly, including:
📌 Step-Level Details:
Step Name and Notes
Roles assigned to the step
Associated Tools
Linked Attributes (shown as pills in the sidebar)
System's Workflow ID (if synced), shown as a clickable link for easy access
🧠 Viewer-Friendly Features:
“View As” dropdown to filter the workflow by role — helping viewers instantly identify their responsibilities
Tab navigation, so viewers can explore sections just like a full Puzzle user
Attribute icons are shown directly on steps for quick identification of structured data
A “Try Puzzle” button appears in the upper-right corner of the View — inviting new users to experience Puzzle themselves.
This setup makes Puzzle Views ideal for client reviews, external collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and team onboarding — giving everyone the context they need, without requiring access or training.
