This integration enables you to seamlessly integrate your HubSpot workflows and forms into the Puzzle workflow canvas, providing valuable insights and control without ever leaving the Puzzle platform.
Our current HubSpot integration supports all workflow types — Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket Workflows, and All Forms within your Hubspot instance.

Integration allows for the seamless connection between HubSpot and Puzzle, facilitating efficient collaboration and workflow management.
⚒️ In your Company workspace, go to the Tools section.
👉 Click 🔎 to open the Puzzle tools library from the left sidebar.
➕ If HubSpot is not yet added to your canvas > Search HubSpot > Click Add.
⚠️ If HubSpot has already been added to your tool canvas, simply click on it to open its management options.
⚙️ Once added, the right sidebar will open, allowing you to manage your HubSpot tool.
🔄 Select the purple Sync icon on the sidebar. Then, Add your HubSpot Account and authenticate by following the prompts.
🚨 Note: If you encounter an error during authentication, it's likely due to insufficient permissions in the selected HubSpot portal. Make sure your HubSpot user has Super Admin access in that portal, or request access from your admin before retrying the connection.

Synchronization ensures that HubSpot workflows are updated in real-time within your Company workspace, enabling you to work with the most current data.
✅ After successful integration, navigate to the Workflows tab within your company workspace.
🖱️ Click the "Toggle Integration Sidebar" to display the integration sidebar.
🖱️ Click on the 🔄 icon to initiate the synchronization process.
📋 A real-time list of your HubSpot workflows will appear, ready for integration with Puzzle.
💡 Pagination for Large Accounts: If your HubSpot instance has more than 800 workflows or forms, Puzzle will only display the first 800 items

Adding selected HubSpot workflows to your Company workspace seamlessly integrates them into your workflow visualization, streamlining management processes.
👀 Review the list of HubSpot workflows and select the ones you wish to integrate with your map.
➕ Add workflows to your map by clicking + next to the workflow.

Enhancing existing steps with HubSpot integration allows for the association of relevant workflows, ensuring comprehensive workflow management and data consistency.
🔂 If you already have steps in your Puzzle map that correspond to HubSpot workflows, click into those steps.
🔄 Click the "Sync" icon, find the related workflow in the list, and click + to seamlessly associate that step with the workflow.
🚨 Important: If you don’t see the Sync icon in your step sidebar, you may need to enable it first.
How to Enable Sync in Step Sidebar Configuration:
Go to Workspace Settings in Puzzle.
Navigate to Step Sidebar Configuration.
Toggle ON the Sync input.
Click Save, and your Step Sidebar will update automatically.
Now, when you open a step, the Sync option will be available, allowing you to connect HubSpot workflows seamlessly.
