📊 View Workspace Statistics: The Workspace Sidebar is visible from the start, initially showing a summary list of all your owned workspaces. When you select a specific workspace, the sidebar updates to clearly display detailed statistics such as the number of steps, roles, tools, and teams, all at a quick glance.
⚙️ Set Workspace Status: Quickly toggle workspace status between Active and Inactive directly in the sidebar.
❌ Delete Workspaces: Easily remove unnecessary workspaces using the Delete option at the bottom of the sidebar. To prevent accidental deletions, Puzzle will prompt you with a confirmation modal where you'll need to type in the workspace name before deletion. This extra layer ensures clarity and protection for important work.
🔁 Transfer Workspace to Another Organization
If you need to move a workspace to a different organization:
Make sure you’re an Owner or Admin of the current organization.
Click the workspace you need to transfer, and this will open the workspace sidebar.
Scroll to the bottom left and click the transfer icon (next to the help icon).
Select the target organization where you’re also a member.
Confirm the transfer.
⚠️ Users not in the target organization will lose access. Admins in the new organization will automatically be added.
