Cause
This is affecting Service Accounts that have custom admin roles on the BambooHR side. Permissions within BambooHR for the Service Account have been altered or removed, which has impacted Pyn's ability to view employee information shared through the API.
Solution
Within BambooHR, navigate to Access Levels > Custom Levels > Select the custom role created > Access Level Settings > What can people with this access level do? > Settings > Company Field Settings > Save.
