There are four permission types within Pyn:

  • User - Can only access the Journey, Library, and Activity pages. They can send messages. They cannot invite other users. They have a very limited view of individual employees' data.

  • Power -

  • Admin - Admins have close to full access; however, they cannot view the full Directory, Add-ons, or Settings tabs.

  • Owner - An Owner has full access. They are able to add and remove other Pyn users. They can access all messages, all Activity, and delete and archive anything. They can manage integrations and senders

โš ๏ธ Note: All permission types can see the content they've personally created and general Pyn Library content.
