There are four permission types within Pyn:

  • Limited User - Can only access the Journey, Library, and Activity pages. They can send messages. They cannot invite other users. They have a very limited view of individual employees' data.

  • Power User - Can only access the Journey, Library, Flows, and Activity pages. They can send messages but cannot invite other users, view employee data in the Directory, Add-ons, or Settings tabs.

  • Admin - Admins have close to full access; however, they cannot add other Owners or adjust permissions.

  • Owner - An Owner has full access. They are able to add and remove other Pyn users. They can access all messages, all Activity, and delete and archive anything. They can manage integrations and senders. Only the creator of the account is an Owner.
