Great communication isnโ€™t just about sending messages - itโ€™s about knowing whether those messages land, resonate, and drive action. Thatโ€™s where Journey Metrics come in.

What Are Journey Metrics?

Journey Metrics lets you toggle between different types of insights across the employee journey, including:

  • Employee count ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

  • Message deliveries ๐Ÿ“ฉ

  • Clicks ๐Ÿ‘†

  • Actions taken โœ…

You can view this data over configurable time ranges (e.g., last 30 days, last 90 days, or last 6 months), and save filtered views for easy reference later.

How to Update Metrics

  1. Go to the Journey tab in your left-hand menu

  2. In the top right, click the ๐Ÿงญ Metrics button and select which Metric to view in your map

  3. Select the Date Range you'd like to view

  4. To save the view with the Metrics and Data Range, click "Save as New View" button

Common Use Cases

  • Onboarding Performance Check
Review click and action rates across onboarding messages for the past quarter. Identify which nudges spark engagement and which need a refresh.

  • Executive Reporting
Present leadership with a 90-day snapshot of engagement trends across key lifecycle moments - giving them a clear view of employee sentiment and interaction.

  • Preboarding Optimization
Compare deliveries vs. actions for preboarding content. If deliveries are high but actions lag, adjust message timing or channel to drive better follow-through.
