Polls in Pyn are a lightweight way to gather quick feedback from your employees. Unlike forms, which are better for structured responses or longer inputs, polls are designed for simple, one-click answers. Here’s how to set one up:

1. Create a Poll

  1. Go to the Flows tab.

  2. Under the Forms section, click Add Poll.

  3. In the editor, add your poll question.

    • For example, you might use a scale question like: “How satisfied are you with today’s session?”

    • You can add multiple fields if needed, then adjust or remove them.

  4. Once you’re happy with the poll, click Publish to save your updates.

2. Insert the Poll into a Flow

  1. Open the Flow where you want your poll to appear.

  2. Click Insert WidgetEmbed Form.

  3. Select your poll from the list.

  4. The poll will now appear directly inside your message.

3. Send and Track Responses

  • When your flow goes live, the poll will be delivered with your message.

  • Employees can respond instantly by clicking their choice.

  • Submissions will appear in the poll’s results view.

  • From there, you’ll also have the option to export responses for reporting or further analysis.

Tip: Polls are best for capturing quick, immediate feedback. If you need more detailed information or multiple questions, use a Form instead.
