Uploading an Image, Video, or GIF

You can upload an image directly within your message editor.

To add an image:

  1. Click the image icon in the message toolbar.

  2. Upload your file (JPG or PNG recommended for images, .gif for GIFs, and MP4 for video).

  3. Adjust alignment and preview your message.

  4. Save or publish as part of your Flow.

Note: Pyn's virus scanner may delay your ability to preview, realign, or resize the image.

Banner Image Dimensions

For banner-style images at the top of your message:

  • 1200 x 250px (ideal banner format)

Because we use 600px as a common and reliable standard for broad compatibility, your content area is designed to render cleanly across devices.

For height:

  • We recommend ~240px

  • Avoid going over 350px in most cases

Given we use retina screens, itโ€™s worth upsizing the image for higher quality.

โ€‹1200px wide and 500px tall is a great target to ensure crisp rendering without distortion.
