To make sure that messages sent from Pyn do not end up in your employees' spam or junk mail folders, you should add Pyn to your company's email "allow-list." This means putting Pyn on your pre-approved list of email addresses that is considered safe for employees to receive.
Ensure Pyn messages are received
You can do this in a couple of easy steps.
Contact the team that administers email at your company. Generally, this will be your IT, Helpdesk, Security, or Operations departments.
Provide them the following information:
The email address that messages will come from: notifications@pynhq.com
The IP address: 168.245.107.246.
The Reverse DNS for this address: o1.ptr1118.pynhq.com.
