To make sure that messages sent from Pyn do not end up in your employees' spam or junk mail folders, you should add Pyn to your company's email "allow-list." This means putting Pyn on your pre-approved list of email addresses that is considered safe for employees to receive.

Ensure Pyn messages are received

You can do this in a couple of easy steps.

  1. Contact the team that administers email at your company. Generally, this will be your IT, Helpdesk, Security, or Operations departments.

  2. Provide them the following information:
