As an Admin you can now upload files to Pyns. This can be used in pre-onboarding to share helpful information with new employees ahead of their start date, when they don’t have access to your company’s internal drives or wikis. Or use this in onboarding and ad-hoc Pyns to make resources more clear while keeping the message short.

Uploading a file to a short message

To include an attachment in a short message follow these steps:

  1. Create or edit an existing Pyn.

  2. In the long message, click edit the text and select the "+" option that appears.

  3. Select the file that you would like to include in the short message through the upload prompts.

*Alternatively, you may drag and drop your file into the editor.

It is important to note that since there is no action for the employee to take like a Read More or Acknowledge button the analytics on short messages will not be available.
