Q: Does an employee still receive an automated Pyn if they're added to the HRIS after the messages were scheduled to go out?

A: If a new hire is added to your HRIS after the date they should receive their first Pyn, they will be included in the Automation and the Pyn will send within the hour.

For example, if you add a new hire to your HRIS three days before their start date and your first message usually sends seven days before their start date, the Pyn will go out the day you add them to your HRIS.

Similarly, any onboarding messages that should have already been sent for the new hire's manager, buddy, etc., will send on the day the new hire is added to your HRIS.
