When Pyns are sent out through different automations, as a an Admin you will have the ability to view sent and scheduled Pyns.
To get started select the Activity tab on the left side navigation bar; a list of all enabled automations will be reflected in the middle section. Click an automation in the middle section to review. A list of employees who were eligible to receive Pyns based on their lifecycle group will appear on the right hand side of the screen.
To view all Pyns sent to an employee and their manager, use the search bar or select the employee's name. When an employee's name has been chosen you will be see the following:
The status of Pyns within the automation.
Delivery dates and times.
A "Read" or "Accepted" status for Pyns with a Read More or Accept button.

Q: Can I manage when Pyns are going to be sent from this view?
A: Yes, as long as the Pyn has not yet been sent you can choose to reschedule, pause, or delete the Pyn. Reschedule the Pyn by clicking on the clock in the top right corner and pick a date and time in the future. To pause or delete the Pyn select the ellipses (three dots) next to the send button and choose your action from the dropdown menu.
Q: I want to send a Pyn out right away, but I am not able to select the send button.
A: If a Pyn is paused or scheduled the option to send right away will not be available. You will need to first unschedule the Pyn, by selecting the ellipses (three dots) next to the send button. Once this is selected the Send button will be active to select.
