Why connect to your HRIS?
The best way to fully leverage the power of Pyn is by making sure you have accurate, up-to-date information about your employees in the Pyn platform.
Permissions needed from your HRIS
The employee directory including email, division, location, and department
The organization chart (each employee's manager)
Start and termination dates

How It's Done
Log in to Pyn
Navigate to Integrations and select BambooHR
Click the button that says "Connect."
βEnter your BambooHR subdomain (<subdomain>.bamboohr.com) and click OK.
You will then be taken to the BambooHR login screen.
βLog in to BambooHR. When BambooHR asks if you'd like to connect to Pyn, click Yes.
You will be redirected to Pyn and your integration is now active. Hooray, you are done! π
What's Next?
When successfully activated the employee data will be reflected in your account. Please note that there are some demographics that will need to be turned on by a Pyn Admin before they are reflected.

Q: How often is new data being pulled into Pyn?
A: With our HRIS integration we are running hourly checks on data. This allows us to ensure that the most up-to-date information is being reflected in Pyn.
Q: My BambooHR credentials have changed, how do I re-connect to BambooHR?
