Pyn allows you to add an additional section to your email or Slack message. When you select an add-on, you will also receive data on action rate (or click through rate) for the message. Learn more about the different add-ons below so you can choose the right one.

Adding a Read More section allows you to include additional information, instructions, or training materials. We support embedding of Vimeo and Youtube videos, as well as additional formatting like creating headers and sub-headers within your content.

Leveraging Read More also allows you to see action rate of "Read" for those that have clicked through or "Sent" for those that haven't.

Custom Read More Link

Using the Custom Read More Link allows you to hyperlink to any webpage and edit the button text for the hyperlink. For example, if you would like to link employees to an intranet page, you can use the Custom Read More Link and edit the button text to describe the action you would like them to take.

Similar to the Read More, you will receive a status of "Read" for those that have clicked through or "Sent" for those that haven't.

Acknowledgement or Confirmation

The Read and Accept functionality allows you to ask people to acknowledge or confirm they've taken a requested action and then show a brief confirmation message when they do so.

You will receive a status of "Accepted" for those that have clicked through or "Pending" for those that haven't.

Select a Buddy

πŸ“£ The Select a Buddy add-on is only available for messages created on the Automations page

The Select a Buddy add-on supports your Buddy program via automation. It allows you to send a message to a manager to have them select a buddy for their new hire. We have more detailed information here on how to get started with the Buddy Automation.

You will receive a status of "Actioned" for those that have clicked through or "Sent" for those that haven't.
