Actions are tasks that need to be carried out in order for the employee to experience the Touchpoint. They can encompass communications, tasks and other to-dos that form the foundation of the Touchpoint.

You can access the Actions associated with a Touchpoint by selecting the Touchpoint and opening the side panel. From there, you can click through the preset Actions to view the content. If you choose a Pyn Action, it will be written communication that can be copied or opened in a messaging platform.

Below is an example of a touchpoint with associated Actions

Functionality to edit Actions and communications is coming soon. For now, you can add your own Action as a line item or archive Actions that are not relevant for you by clicking the “...” and selecting “Archive.”

Coming soon: Automation of Actions. Book a demo if you’re interested in learning more about how to do this in Pyn!
