When creating a short message within Pyn, you now have the option to add a mailto link to email addresses. Mailto links are used to redirect to an email address instead of a web page URL. When an employee clicks on the Mailto link, their default email client on their computer will open and suggests sending a message to the email address mentioned in the Mailto link.
How it's done
To include a Mailto link in a short message follow these steps:
Create or edit an existing Pyn.
In the short message, add your desired email address.
Highlight your email address and select the link option π from the tool bar.
The pop-up modal will be pre-populated with
Mailto: + the email highlighted
Edit or save your email address.
