FAQ
Q: When sending to a Slack or Teams Channel, will the number of deliveries change when employees are added to or removed from the channel?
A: Yes. If someone added to the channel and clicks on the add-on button you can expect to see the Deliveries and Clicked stats to go up. However, the reporting will not subtract the Delivery or Clicked stats should someone be removed from the channel.
