What do the lights on my Pyramid mean?

Learn what the 3 LED lights on the front of the box mean.

Pyramid WiFi has three little lights (LEDs) on the front of the box (see below).

  1. The left light is the Connection LED = This is solid when booting up or if there's no connection - it flashes to let you know that it's connected to your broadband or one of your devices.

  2. The middle light is the Privacy LED = This little light should be solid if you are connected to any of our servers providing a quick way to tell if your connection is protected.

  3. The right light is the System LED = This light is only flashes during updates or when factory resetting.
