When setting up Pyramid WiFi, you'll need to setup your account and activate your pass..

You can activate your Pyramid pass by entering the code found on the welcome card inside your Pyramid box at www.pyramidwifi.com/activate 

Here's what our welcome cards look like. You can find your activation (serial) code in the white box on the purple side of the card 👍(for lifetime passes, scroll down).

It will then ask you to setup your Pyramid account 😃

If you bought a Pyramid Lifetime Pass on our website at pyramidwifi.com, you'll already be activated and can simply sign in to your Pyramid at 192.168.8.1 using your email and the temporary password we sent out in your confirmation email 😃
