If you are not sure which version of Pyramid you are upgrading from tap here. Or if you are upgrading from V1 tap here for a guide.

Pyramid now features Wireguard for up to 3x Faster Speeds

Wireguard is now the default for all devices sold after May 2021. For users who purchased before May 2021, Wireguard is available instantly when purchasing a new 12 or 24 Month Pass or a Lifetime Pass Upgrade.

To ensure a smooth rollout of Wireguard, it is currently only available on new pass activations (either new devices or pass upgrades as outlined above). We also have a waitlist available so you get notified when it's available for you if you don't wish to upgrade.

How to:

Watch the video above or check these steps:

  1. Connect to Pyramid in the WiFi / Network Settings on your device

  2. Visit 192.168.8.1 in your browser

  3. Next, tap on Menu > Software Update (see image below)

  4. After 30 seconds the update should show. Tap on the ‘Download’ button

  5. When the download is complete then tap ‘Install’

  6. The progress bar will not confirm installation has completed, so when the purple progress bar is full or after 3 - 5 minutes.

  7. After 3 - 5 minutes you can leave your browser and visit WiFi Settings on your device. If finished installing, it should now show Pyramid 026. Tap to connect with password OnlineFreedom1

  8. Finally, you should revisit 192.168.8.1 and follow the steps to get up and running. Please note: You do not need to activate again, simply sign in using your existing account email / password

Wireguard is now avilable on all pass upgrades.

Pro Tips:

  • Don’t activate again, just sign in using your existing email/password - this is important to prevent you from having multiple active accounts for billing.

  • To prevent having to rejoin Pyramid on all your devices - you can set the Pyramid network name and password to match your previous network (such as Pyramid 021). To do this visit Menu > Network Name or tap here (link http://192.168.8.1/#/networkname)
