Why is my subscription showing as expired?

Error Signing In to Pyramid Account (App / 192.168.8.1)

If you are trying to sign in to your Pyramid account at 192.168.8.1 or on the Pyramid App and get the message 'This subscription has expired'. Here are the details on how to fix this:

  1. If you've just activated for the first time, relaunch the app or visit 192.168.8.1 on your browser as it may just require a reload

  2. If you've had an account for a while, double check your subscription is active at pyramidwifi.com/myaccount

Still having issues?

  1. If it still showing the same error, confirm that Pyramid is still connected in WiFi Settings on your device and you are online e.g websites are loading (such as Google)

  2. In case it is a browser issue you can clear the cache on your device or try a new device such as a different phone or tablet

Showing as Expired In Account Settings

If you are seeing that your account is expired at pyramidwifi.com/myaccount - this could be because you have turned off renewal and your pass has expired. In which case you can choose to 'Reactivate My Subscription' or buy a pass at pyramidwifi.com/pass

If you trying to visit a website such as google.com and see an expired message on a website you don't recognise, please visit 192.168.8.1, once you login click on Disconnect then Turn On and choose a server location.
