How do I download a VAT or Sales Tax invoice?

Is VAT or Sales Tax Included?

In the UK, VAT is included in the price and will be displayed on invoices.

In the USA, you can view sales tax, where applicable, on your invoice.

How to download invoice:

Firstly, sign in at pyramidwifi.com/myaccount and tap on the Menu (≡)

  1. Click on 'My Subscription'

2. Tap on 'Manage Account'

3. You will then be able to tap 'Billing History' on the pop-up to download any invoices in PDF format (shown below)
