There are a couple of passwords for Pyramid Pi:

  1. Your Pyramid account password, used to login with your email/password

  2. The WiFi password used to connect devices to Pyramid Pi in WiFi Settings (the default being OnlineFreedom1)

Here’s how you can reset each one if you forget it:

1: Pyramid Account Password

You can reset your password at any time by going to www.pyramidwifi.com/myaccount and selecting ‘Forgot my password’ or tapping 'Forgot' in the app

2. WiFi Password

If you're connect to Pyramid Pi already, open the app and visit Settings > Network Settings > SSID and you'll be able to change it here.

If you're not connected to Pyramid Pi or have forgotten the password you set (if not using OnlineFreedom1) then reset it back to default by using these steps:

  1. Disconnect the Pyramid WiFI Adapter from the USB Port

  2. After 60 seconds, you should see PyramidSetup in WiFi Settings

  3. When you see this, plug the WiFi Adapter into the top blue USB Port

  4. After 60 seconds, you'll see Pyramid Pi in WiFi Settings (the password is now restored to the default OnlineFreedom1)

To change it from default, first connect using OnlineFreedom1, then open the app and visit Settings > Network Settings > SSID and you'll be able to change it here.

Need some help? The quickest way is to tap Settings > Help & Feedback > Message Support from within the Pyramid app.

Or, you can reach out on Whatsapp, tap the chat button (bottom right of this page) or email help@pyramidwifi.com - we'll be happy to solve any issues or questions.
