If a user shows as Pending in Manage > People, it means they haven’t verified their email address and are not yet active in your program.
Admins can resend the activation email at any time to help pending users complete their registration.
⚠️ Important Notes
Resending an activation email is not the same as sharing a link invitation.
Do not share the invitation link with a pending user. Their email already exists in Qarrot, so they will not be able to register this way.
🔄 How to Resend an Activation Email
Go to Manage > People, then:
Check the email address
Make sure the person’s email is spelled correctly.
If needed, ask the Super Admin to edit the email address before resending.
Resend from the People page
Click the paper plane icon in the user’s row.
Select Resend activation email:
Resend from the User’s Profile
Open the user’s profile.
Select Resend activation email on the right-hand side:
Confirm
A prompt will appear asking to confirm.
Select Confirm to send the account's activation email.
✅ What Happens Next
A new activation email is instantly sent (from noreply@qarrot.com, with the subject line "Welcome! Let's activate your Qarrot account").
The user clicks the activation link in the email to create a password and log in to Qarrot.
🛠 Troubleshooting
If the person still has difficulty receiving the activation email:
Admins can copy the activation link directly and share it with the user.
