To create credit packages in the Qashier POS: The Qashier POS system also supports a variety of credit features, including allowing businesses to offer prepaid credit, enabling customers to top-up credit, and using it for transactions. Additionally, promotional offers such as bonus credits for certain purchases can encourage customer engagement.
Select "☰" on the top right-hand corner of your POS homepage
Select Manage Products
Enter the terminal PIN and tap OK
Tap on the second icon from the top left-hand corner of the page
Choose the number of tabs and name the tab as CREDIT
Tap on confirm once you create the tab, you will see a grey credit tab being displayed
Tap on the Credit tab
Tap on the + icon on the top right-hand corner of the page
Select Category
Name the Category Name as Credit
Tap on the TAB NAME and select Credit
A new category called Credit is now created, select ADD PRODUCT
Give your product a name (E.g. $50 credits)
Key in the price (E.g. $50) and Credit (Top Up) (E.g. $60) - This means that for the price of $50, the customer will be awarded 60 credits.
Tap on Confirm once done These credit packages enable businesses to provide value-added services, such as offering bonus credits for specific top-ups or facilitating more flexible payment options for their customers.
