Via QashierHQ portal
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the live chat icon at the bottom-left hand side of the page
Click on "Ask our bot a question" to start a conversation
Type in your questions in the chat
Via Qashier POS terminal
Select “☰” icon on the top right-hand corner of your POS homepage
Select Support
Scan QR code to chat
