How to access the Qashier Live Chat?

There are 2 ways you can access the Qashier Live Chat:

  1. Via QashierHQ portal

    1. Go to QashierHQ

    2. Click on the live chat icon at the bottom-left hand side of the page

    3. Click on "Ask our bot a question" to start a conversation

    4. Type in your questions in the chat

  2. Via Qashier POS terminal

    1. Select “☰” icon on the top right-hand corner of your POS homepage

    2. Select Support

    3. Scan QR code to chat
