How to set an expiry date for new packages:
Go to POS & PAYMENT
Select a category, followed by a product
After selecting the product, tap on the package icon on the top left-hand corner
Tap on the item under CUSTOMIZED PACKAGE
Select the quantity of the item you want to sell in the package by tapping on the +/- icon and enter the package price
Scroll down to the bottom and the page and enter the expiry month: 1 = 1 month from current date
When done, tap on ADD & CLOSE to save package to the cart
Before you proceed to payment, tap on CUSTOMER located in the red box on the right-hand side of the page
Search for customer by entering the phone number or name
Tap SEARCH and the customer name will be displayed
Tap on CONFIRM
The customer's name will be displayed in the red box at the right-hand corner of the pos page
Tap on PAY to proceed to the payment page
Select your customer's payment mode to pay
Tap CONFIRM to complete payment

Where to view package expiry date:
Select POS & PAYMENT

Search for customer by entering the phone number or name
Tap SEARCH and the package list that your customer purchased will be displayed.
Tap on the package listed and an expiry date will be displayed
Here's a step-by-step video guide:
If a package has expired, the package row will appear in red and the merchant will not be able to click on it to redeem.
Note:
Packages with 0 expiry months will not have any expiry date.
The package will expire on the day it says expiry date. i.e if the expiry date is 30-01-2022. The user will not be able to redeem the package on 30-01-2022 anymore.
If you have multiple stores under the same QashierHQ account, the expiry date will be shared across all stores.
