What is Spotlight?

Qashier Spotlight enables merchants to easily customize and share multiple links via a single, visually appealing landing page. With Spotlight, businesses can enhance their online presence, drive traffic to desired destinations and improve customer engagement.

Can a brand have more than one Spotlight?

No, a brand can only have one Spotlight at the moment.

Can the URL be changed after the Spotlight has been published?

No, the URL cannot be changed after the Spotlight has been published.

Are there any character limits that the merchant should take note of?

Spotlight URL: the default URL is https://treats.app

  • Minimum characters excluding default: 4 characters

  • Maximum characters excluding default: 32 characters

  • Special characters are limited to [.][-][_] only


Display Name: Minimum 0 characters and maximum 30 characters


Short Description: Minimum 0 characters, maximum 150 characters


Button n Name: Minimum 0 characters, maximum 60 characters.

  • Open a link (URL): minimum 1 characters, maximum 2048 characters

  • Show text: minimum 1 characters, maximum 1000 characters


Social Media URLs (e.g. Instagram URL, Whatsapp URL, etc.): Minimum 0 characters, maximum 2048 characters


Footer: Minimum 0 characters, maximum 1000 characters

What are the minimum and maximum number of buttons that the merchant can add to their Spotlight?

  • Minimum: 0 buttons

  • Maximum: 15 buttons

What are the types of images that merchants can upload to their Spotlight?

Merchants can only upload logos and/or background images to their Spotlight.

The images uploaded must meet the following requirements:

  • Images must be in PNG/JPG/JPEG format,

  • Image file size must be of minimum 100kb and maximum 10MB

Is it possible for merchants to apply date/month/year filters to the statistics displayed on Spotlight?

No, it is not possible for the merchants to apply date/month/year filters to the statistics displayed on Spotlight at the moment.

The statistics shown accumulate over time, starting from when the merchant first starts using Spotlight.
