  1. Start by opening your Qashio admin dashboard on admin.qashio.com.

  2. Navigate to Users and on the top right hand corner, select 'Actions'

  1. There are two options for inviting a user:

    1. Create User - using this option you will complete the KYC information on behalf of the User and they will then receive an email asking them to create a password.
      or

    2. Invite User (Most Popular) - this allows you to invite the User to complete the KYC form by themselves.

  2. Option 1: Create User

From the Actions menus select 'Create User' and start to fill the users KYC details:

Once you submit the form, it will initiate an email to the user prompting them to create a password, download the app and then scan their physical Emirates ID to complete the process.

  3. Option 2: Invite User
From the actions menu select 'Invite User'. This will give you two options for inviting users.

You can invite in bulk using the 'CSV File Upload', the template for which is available from the Actions menu.

Alternatively, you can choose 'Comma Separated Email' which will allow you to invite users by entering their email address. You can invite multiple users at once by separating their email addresses with a comma (,).

Once you have invited the user, they will receive an invitation asking them to confirm their account.

This will guide them through a short KYC process and then prompt them to download the app and then scan their Emirates ID to complete the process.

  4. Once you have created or invited a user, you can track the status of their KYC through their user profile. Simply click on the user from the list and on the top right you will see their KYC status.

Example 1: Invitation has been sent but not yet actioned:

Example 2: KYC form has been completed but the Emirates ID upload is pending:

Example 3: KYC has been completed and user is Active

  5. Once they user has passed the KYC, they will have an 'Active' tag under their user status and you can immediately create cards for them.
