What is MyRecovery Basic?
We want you to continue your journey to better health even after your QBE claim comes to an end, which is where MyRecovery Basic comes in. MyRecovery Basic is a free version of the app experience.
How is it different from my sponsored program?
Perx Health (who power QBE MyRecovery) run and maintain this program out of their own revenue, and so there are no rewards in the MyRecovery Basic program for this reason. You'll also find that some features are not available in MyRecovery Basic, but the core functionality remains so you can continue to manage all of your health tasks and receive reminders for them!
What about the rewards I've already won?
While there will be no new rewards won in MyRecovery Basic, any points or rewards you have accrued to date will stay right where they are now, so there's no rush to claim or use your rewards! Just keep note of any expiry dates, which will be shown on each gift card (if any apply).
But my claim isn't about to close. How do I get back to the full version?
If you believe that your membership has been moved to Basic incorrectly, contact our support team through the app who will find out what may have caused this and correct the error.
