The Report provides all the details of the completed project's 2D floor plans and the 3D Tour.

Updated over a week ago

The Report details all information about the completed project's floor plan. It provides three alternative layouts and a 3D Tour for one of the alternatives.

You can download a report once a project is completed. To do so, either tap the Report button on the project in My Test-Fits, or through the Downloads screen. qbiq’s standard report is a PDF file containing six pages:

Page 1 - is the project’s cover featuring the project’s name, floor number, address, and the image of the building you submitted.

Page 2 - is dedicated to the 3D tour. The subtitle will underline for which alternative the 3D video was created. You can click the blue Play icon on the right-hand side

Pages 3-5 - display three different 2D floor plans. Each floor plan will have its summary on the left-hand side featuring the floor’s measurements, the headcount, and the number of open spaces, offices, and conference rooms. Also, it will show the average density measurement per person. The bottom part of the summary strip displays the specific floor plan alternative’s daylight, privacy, and efficiency ratios.

Note: each color on the 2D floor plan represents a facility, all elaborated at the bottom of each page.

Page 6 - The report's sixth and final page provides a comprehensive comparison of the three layout alternatives.

The first section is a detailed data table that concisely displays each alternative's allocation of offices, open spaces, conference rooms, and seating facilities. The chart also presents a comparison of three key metrics across the layout alternatives:

  • Density sqft per person - This metric assesses the efficiency of space utilization by measuring the amount of space available for each individual within a given floor plan alternative. A higher value indicates a more spacious working environment.

  • Daylight - This metric evaluates the distribution of natural light within each floor plan alternative. A higher value indicates a greater daylight volume.

  • Privacy - This metric estimates the degree of privacy provided for each layout alternative, considering factors such as facility arrangements, open spaces, offices, partitioning elements, and facilities such as phone booths.

The radar chart on the bottom left-hand side visually represents the table contents above, providing a single eye-catching display of all three layouts comparison.

The stacked bar chart on the lower right side visualizes the space utilization of each floor plan alternative. This chart illustrates the occupancy proportion of working facilities, shared spaces, and shared facilities.

The space utilization of each floor plan alternative is visually represented through a stacked bar chart located in the lower right section. This chart illustrates the distribution of occupancy across working facilities, shared spaces, and shared facilities in a graphical manner.
