How do login with SSO or MFA?
Your company has opted to employ an SSO or MFA user authentication method before accessing QC One. By just entering your email address in the first requested credential field, QC One will recognise your account and will start the authentication procedure.
After you enter your email, the second credential field to fill in a password will disappear. Then click on 'Continue' and you will be direct to the designated authentication method.
