Yes, our system can manage unsubscribed users. The unsubscribe link is automatically included in every email (this can be customized). Respondents can click on the link to update their info or unsubscribe.

Respondents that are unsubscribed from an email list will not be sent any emails when sending to that specific list.

If the same respondents is in a different list they will continue to receive emails when emails are sent to this list.
